Before I started Pilates with Linda just under eight years ago, I always had pain in my back and neck. Not only did the symptoms disappear, Linda's classes gave me much better posture, I exercise and lift more efficiently and am more aware of my body and what it needs to function properly.
Linda's classes not only made me feel better about myself, but also made me a happier person.
I have learnt an awful lot from her and am impressed every time by her knowledge and her attention to the body in every detail. The way she instructs is really nice: with humour and empathy but also strict when needed. She clearly sees how you move or don't move your body. She is there for you with heart and soul.
I have much less “trouble” with my body and am increasingly able to apply everything I have learned from her.
I highly recommend her, as I know no better than Linda.
Core Softening
When my mind and body deserve a break after hard work and moments of stress. this workshop with Linda is like a reset for me. It helps me to wind down, feel my body, relax and reconnect. I love the simple and utterly relaxing rolling exercises, they are easy to follow, gentle but effective on my body and immediately give me more flexible. Linda is such an expert and really knows what she's doing, so I always feel safe with the balls and the roller. I was astonished all the body parts we could work and roll with, it's so lovely. And I have to say, I also am inspired by Linda; every time she comes up with different techniques or rolling moves, she's very enthusiastic in what she does.
This workshop is not a work out; showing up and slowing down, every one can do it. BUT it does feel like a complete transformation. By slowing down and really tuning into my body I come out a different person; my voice is lower, my face is relaxed, my body feels like its balanced out again and I feel grounded. (I hated the word, but now I know what real grounding feels like-and I am addicted! like brushing our teeth daily we also need to relax and release our bodily tension regularly 🙂 .
Core Rebalance
After the #MellowOut session, I expected to be relaxed and tired. But what turned out: I was relaxed and actually recharged! That's how it can be done, what a great workshop!
